Precision Oxygenation, Maximized Efficiency.

The concept for the MOXYTANK was first developed due to a growing concern over the decreasing amount of dissolved oxygen in our waters. 

Alarmed to learn of the increasing number of Ocean Dead Zones and rising sea water temperatures, Matei looked for causes and active solutions. He discovered that in the greater ocean, Salish Sea and Puget Sound, both rising water temperatures as well as municipal and industrial waste water have been associated with lower amounts of dissolved oxygen present in seawater. The decay of dead marine life further contributes to the loss of available dissolved oxygen in water. Thus, he worked to design a system to efficiently and economically dissolve oxygen into water.

Experience as a commercial fisherman, marine engineer and solutions based inventor/manufacture: Matei has designed and built a system to economically and efficiently dissolve oxygen into water.

While working independently in association with the aquaculture industry; he tested saltwater oxygen pressure systems and then constructed a working scale model which he patented as the MOXYTANK.

The system provides high concentrations of dissolved oxygen within fresh water and sea water.
